In 2009, the InterContinental Hotel Group launched the Hotel Indigo brand in the UK and Europe. The first hotel outside of the Americas was the Hotel Indigo London Paddington, owned and operated by London Town Hotels.
A second hotel has recently opened in London, owned by the Thai Square Group, the Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill with 44 bedrooms and two suites. Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill is situated on Minories in the City of London. The hotel has eight floors with a bar and two restaurants as well as fitness facilities and all the amenities you would expect of a boutique hotel; luxury toiletries, flat screen TVs, free WiFi, iPod docks, on-demand movies and luxury bathrobes.
There are currently 34 Hotel Indigos worldwide with expansion globally planned, including Liverpool and Glasgow in the UK. The attraction of the Hotel Indigo brand is the individuality and boutique style of each hotel with the assurances of a global hotel group.
We welcome further expansion of the Hotel Indigo brand and hope that our guests will have the opportunity to stay at an ‘Indigo’ wherever they go!
