Compliments for the staff services

I have stayed in your hotel for two nights from 19-21 Aug. We had enjoyed our stay very much and the staff were very friendly and were able to provide infomation or address of the places that we wanted to visit.

On the last day of my stay, we were suppose to go to paddington station to take our train to the airport. However, my toddler was asleep and I was carrying him. It was impossible for my husband to pull the 2 luggages + 2 handcarry bags to the station. I had approached the receptionist for help, hoping that they can get somebody to help us pull the luggage to the station.

This porter (I cannot remember his name and know that he is a French) helped us with the luggage and he even help to lift the luggage (30kg) onto the train when it arrived.

I would like to show my appreciation to him and of course the reception whom I suspect is the manager who agreed to get this porter to help us.

You hotel had definitely provided me with a very memorial service to the end of my trip. Thank you very much.
